Pre-Employment Background Screening Company Listed With Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies In America
USAFact, a company that provides pre-employment background screening services, is proud to announce that they are listed as one of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the country by Inc. Magazine for the second year. As can be seen on www.usafact.com, the company was established 37 years ago. Since then, they have helped thousands of businesses to increase productivity and improve employee retention.
“Being included on the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row is nothing short of an honor,” says Matt Davidson, CEO of USAFact. “We have worked really hard over the past few years and it is amazing to see this paying off not just for us, but for our clients as well.”
The Inc. 5000 award has been running since 2007. It was established to bring attention to the fastest growing privately owned companies in the country. The rankings on the list are determined by looking at their percentage revenue growth over a period of four years. Companies must show four consecutive calendar years in sales. Additionally, they must be independent, US based and privately held and they cannot be a division or subsidiary of another company.
Although USAFact started as a small company, it is now one of the largest in the industry. Thanks to the work of its team members, the company has been able to deliver a service with a family-run feel since its humble beginnings. “This second award is a huge milestone for our company,” says Joel Doherty, Director of Sales Operations at USAFact. “Our average revenue growth continues to stand at around 61%, with significant growth noted each month. This is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication, and the continued trust that our clients place in us.”
