Thanks for what you do! We had a HUGE acquisition earlier this year resulting in an additional 2,500 employees added overnight. The company we purchased used another company for their applicant screening and even though we didn’t make the change over immediately, we eventually changed to USA-FACT and now all of the programs are now using USA-FACT services.

Immediately following the change-over to USA-FACT, we had an employee issue causing us to run another background check on a current employee from the new acquisition. For the new report, we used USA-FACT, but also pulled the old report from the other company. It is amazing how much more information USA-FACT was able to obtain. It was just the normal run of the mill check -- DMV, etc. But USA-FACT pulled up things that the other service did not have at all. It really made me appreciate your company all over again!
