When one of our long time clients called and told us of the merger they were going through, we put our implementation team together (Team FACT) to provide a quick and easy solution to standardize their preemployment background checks efforts with the efforts of their new locations.

Team FACT helped the organization create a new preemployment background checks policy inclusive of each of the important aspects of the two individual policies before the merger. Chain of Custody forms were quickly distributed, preemployment background checks standards were created, and applicant screening services were not interrupted.
