USA-FACT utilizes an in-house Call Center to accomplish employment verifications and verifications of education, professional reference, military service, and professional license. Applicant confidentiality is important to us, therefore the employment verification and all other operations are handled internally rather than utilization of an overseas call center.

Employment Verification
Information confirmed for the employment verification includes: Dates of employment, salary, reason for termination, eligibility of rehire, etc.

DOT Employment Verification
Incorporates the DOT required questions including accident history and drug and alcohol information. Also includes: Dates of employment, salary, reason for termination and eligibility for rehire.

Education Verification
Data verified: Schools attended, degrees, diplomas, dates attended

Professional License Verification
Information confirmed: name, license type, license number, issuing state, issuing date, expiration date, status, and current certifications or registrations.

Professional References
Information Verified: Type of relationship, length of acquaintance and professional assessment

Military Service
USA-FACT's Call Center verifies the branch of service and current status.
