National Background Screening Capabilities

FACT reaches the far away places that sometimes bring our organizations talent. FACT also understands the domestic information flow and provides information from each of the over 7.5 million sources in the United States.

Criminal Searches: FACT processes searches for criminal records in each of the nearly 3,200 county courts, 92 federal district courts, 42 state repositories, 47 state department of corrections repositories, 50 state sex offender repositories, and two proprietary National Services Databases, one criminal records and one for Sex Offender searches.

Motor Vehicle Reports: FACT accesses DMV records from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. Territories, and Canada.

Credit Reports: FACT has direct access into two of the three credit bureaus in the U.S.

Workers' Comp: FACT accesses each of the available 37 states that provide this information.

International Background Screening Capabilities

FACT has proven ability to obtain information from over 100 countries in the world. Criminal Records, Verifications, and Motor Vehicle Reports can be obtained from hundreds of sources all over the globe.
